Makers Market x The Collab Space
This year the curated makers market includes a pop-up shop conceptualised by two members of Conhill’s Creative Uprising Hub – Floyd Manotoana – Floyd Avenue and Andile Cele – Dope Store.
The Collab Space is a curated experience that bridges the gap between tradition and modern trends. The store will proudly showcase an extensive range of products, from fashion and accessories and home decor each carefully selected to represent the kaleidoscope of creativity.
The makers market celebrates the intersection of culture and modern creativity. The curated experience offers a diverse range of handmade lifestyle products and a unique fusion of traditional and contemporary trends – with a focus on supporting local artisans and sustainable practices.

Founded by Andile Cele, Designer Original Products Enterprise was launched into the market, January 2009. The aim is to provide well designed lifestyle products to an audience that appreciates design. We offer a wide range of products from t-shirts to dresses, shoes and so much more.
Floyd Avenue Apparel
Floyd AvenueClothing is a menswear fashion label created by Soweto-born and based designer Floyd Manotoana.
Using cultural references to inspire impeccably tailored androgynous pieces, that rise above trends, the brand has become prominent on the menswear landscape.
Beautiful Boys
Beautiful Boys was founded by Lazi Mathebula, a native of Alexandra Township, He started the brand to echo the experiences he has as a kid growing up. Hence his work has elements of popular culture, historical influences and spirituality.

Rare Space Studios, is a contemporary architectural design-build practice based in Johannesburg, South Africa, established in 2012.We design, supply and manage installation as well as offer signature one of a kind furniture pieces.

Happy Feet was founded in 2022 in the streets of Soweto.The idea is to make sneakers accessible to my community and other surrounding areas at a reasonable price. This space is a collaborative effort between Nkululeko and Andile where they will share their vast knowledge of sneakers and sneaker culture.
